Shipping Options
Australia:
- Standard Delivery: $9
- Express Delivery: $15.00
New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 Business Days - $30.00
- Express Shipping: 4-8 Business Days - $35.00
All Other Countries:
- International Shipping: 7-22 Business Days - $30.00
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM AEST, excluding Queensland Public Holidays.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the processing of all orders before they are dispatched from our warehouse. This processing time applies to all orders, including those with Express Shipping.
- Orders placed with the Express Shipping option are prioritized and sent as soon as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
Shipping Details
Please ensure that your shipping and contact details are accurate when placing an order. TAKEOFF is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect information. If your order is returned to the sender due to incorrect details, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
